You will learn the basic fundamentals of Laird’s pool workouts, Brian’s gym training, and Gabby’s high intensity workouts. We will do outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and sup (in the ocean).

BREATHING

XPT Performance Breathing for fitness and everyday health.

RECOVERY

The XPT Sauna and Ice Program. Heat and Ice are used for muscle recovery, for hormone and metabolism balancing, to increase endurance, easier acquisition of muscle mass, general increased capacity for stress tolerance.

EDUCATION

We cover topics on human performance, mind-body, daily goals, nutrition, sleep, and stress.

Everything we do has an element of fun (especially with Laird involved). XPT is centered around the notion of enjoying life.

SOCIAL

We do everything as a group. You will always be around a team member.

FOOD

Lunches and dinners are amazing – fine dining! Healthy, whole food, as close to natural meals that XPT members eat to fuel themselves in real life. Meals are family style, a time to reflect on the day, connect, and recharge for the next day. Water and snacks are provided throughout.

1. Does Laird, Gabby, Brian and advisors join most activities?
For this 2 day experience, Laird, Brian, Gabby,and Juliet will be with you from morning til night! They lead the experience and are committed 100%.

2. How good of shape do I have to be in?
You should be currently exercising on a weekly basis. To get the most out of the experience you should try all workouts, and we do 2-3 workouts a day.

3. I am a little intimidated, should I be?
No. The one amazing thing about Laird, Gabby, and Brian they immediately make everyone feel a part of the family. You quickly learn just how passionate they are about people and their health.

4. I have a special diet, does this matter?
No, just tell us what foods you can and cannot eat. If necessary you can bring your own snacks, meals etc.
