    I love your extreme pool training creativity. This is SERIOUS BAD-ASSERY and WAY-BEST! Curious. Are those dumbbells you are using encased in rubber or galvanized, so they won’t rust? Is there a brand you recommend? Thanks for your indulgence!

    Sorry for the intro, but I have been following your training regime for years and we do your stuff all the time in our HIIT gym in Reno NV. Not much surf here, but you can train for it in SoCal. We are interested in your XPT and wondered when the program might be available.
